How many samples will I receive?

Only one sample per product, per customer is permitted.

You will receive either:

One full tile sample
One cut tile sample

The sample type is clearly stated in the product title (e.g. "Full Tile Sample" or "Cut Tile Sample"). Sample dimensions are also listed within the product specifications.

Will I receive everything shown in the product images?

No. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may show multiple tiles, room settings, layouts, patterns or installation examples.

A sample order includes one full tile sample or one cut tile sample only, as stated in the product title and specifications.

Why is the sample price different from the price per tile?

The sample fee is a separate charge from the standard tile price and is not volume-based.

A sample order is for a single sample only. The sample fee covers the provision, handling and dispatch of the sample and should not be compared to, or used to calculate, the price or quantity of full tiles.

Why should I order a sample?

We recommend ordering a sample so you can assess the tile before placing a full order.

A sample allows you to:

View the colour in your own environment and lighting conditions
Assess the texture and surface finish
Check the size and suitability for your project
Compare products before making a larger purchase

As screen displays and lighting conditions can vary, samples provide the most accurate representation of the product.

Description

The Sakura line showcases a gorgeous classic geometric design on cement-style tiles, but with a playful and vibrant twist. You can choose from a variety of bold colours, so they can suit any design preference.

These tiles are made of Porcelain, which makes for easier installation and eliminates the need for special sealing or treatment. They're great for both walls and floors and can work for indoor or outdoor settings. Additionally, they've received an R11 anti-slip rating, making them perfect for home or business projects. Plus, they're underfloor heating system friendly.

Sample Orders:

Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.
Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering other products with Samples.
Additional charges may apply to certain areas/Islands.

Delivery Options and Prices:

Delivery options and prices are available at checkout, calculated based on weight and delivery postcode. Some options may not be available in certain areas.

Orders up to 30kg:

Wrapped and sent out by courier service. A delivery date displayed at checkout.

Orders Over 30kg or Large Format Tiles:

Packed and delivered on pallets using a pallet truck. Customers should arrange for placement and storage. A delivery date is required (excluding samples).

Delivery Options:

Made to order products will have a production time plus delivery times.
If multiple products are ordered with different production times, the product with the longest production time will be used for delivery.
Standard delivery: 4 Working Days.

Additional Information:

Delivery days/hours are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Extra charges may apply for certain postcodes.
