How many samples will I receive?

Only one sample per product, per customer is permitted.

You will receive either:

One full tile sample
One cut tile sample

The sample type is clearly stated in the product title (e.g. "Full Tile Sample" or "Cut Tile Sample"). Sample dimensions are also listed within the product specifications.

Will I receive everything shown in the product images?

No. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may show multiple tiles, room settings, layouts, patterns or installation examples.

A sample order includes one full tile sample or one cut tile sample only, as stated in the product title and specifications.

Why is the sample price different from the price per tile?

The sample fee is a separate charge from the standard tile price and is not volume-based.

A sample order is for a single sample only. The sample fee covers the provision, handling and dispatch of the sample and should not be compared to, or used to calculate, the price or quantity of full tiles.

Why should I order a sample?

We recommend ordering a sample so you can assess the tile before placing a full order.

Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.
Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Packed and delivered on pallets using a pallet truck. Customers should arrange for placement and storage. A delivery date is required (excluding samples).

Delivery Options:

Made to order products will have a production time plus delivery times.
If multiple products are ordered with different production times, the product with the longest production time will be used for delivery.
Standard delivery: 4 Working Days.

Additional Information:

Delivery days/hours are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Extra charges may apply for certain postcodes.
