We currently only ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Greece, if you are outside of this area please email hola@artisanceramica.com with your requirements and we will provide a custom quote.

Delivery Services Spain

• Sample Delivery: Free 
• Courier Service up to 30kg - *
• Over 30kg Kerbside delivery - *

Delivery Services Outside Spain

• Sample Delivery upto 10kg - Free **
• Sample Delivery over 10kg - *
• Courier Service up to 30kg - *
• Over 30kg Kerbside delivery - *

*Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight/product and Zipcode.

** Greece - A delivery charge from €30 is applicable on Sample orders.

• Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.
• Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
• Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering other products with Samples.
• Additional charges may apply to certain areas/Islands.

Delivery Options and Prices:

• Delivery options and prices are available at checkout, calculated based on weight and delivery postcode. Some options may not be available in certain areas.

Orders up to 30kg:

• Wrapped and sent out by courier service. A delivery date displayed at checkout.

Orders Over 30kg or Large Format Tiles:

• Packed and delivered on pallets using a pallet truck. Customers should arrange for placement and storage. A delivery date is required (excluding samples).

• Made to order products will have a production time plus delivery times.
• If multiple products are ordered with different production times, the product with the longest production time will be used for delivery.
• Standard delivery: 4 Working Days.

Additional Information:

• Delivery days/hours are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Extra charges may apply for certain postcodes.
